Customer service and poor business management kills an amazing products
Beautiful design the wood components are well constructed but ours arrived without hardware to assemble. the people at stokke do not have customer service and ignore emails. My wife waited on the phone for over 3-hours once on hold. It was useless to get their help and after weeks of effort we gave up and returned the crib. Great product, in theory, but bad management.

Lovely Crib, but Our Baby Outgrew It Fast
We love the sleek, compact design of this crib—perfect for our one-bedroom setup. Assembly was straightforward, and everything we needed was included. We also received the extension kit and larger mattress as a separate gift, which we knew wasn’t part of this bundle, so no surprises there. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to sizing. While it’s marketed for infants, our baby is 2.5 months old and already close to outgrowing it. I can’t imagine it lasting until 6 months. We also had to purchase a mesh liner to prevent his arms from slipping through the rails, which has helped a lot—something to keep in mind for other parents considering this crib.

Parts to expand Not included.
Yes, I understand it does say those parts aren't included. But the advertising on this crib is still very misleading as it shows in many of the pictures that it "grows with your child" but doesn't state just as loudly that the purchase doesn't come with those parts. They could Easily add "not included" in all the places they exclaim it grows with your child. So you're paying $600+ on a crib that lasts 6 months, then you have to spend another $200+ to expand it. It is a pretty, sturdy crib and the wheels are convenient, but there are others that actually come with the pieces to expand for the same price if not less. Just be aware.
