Coaster were nice and they were delivered quickly for a personalized item.

These are made of mouse pad type material (floppy). I don't have a huge problem with this material but I normally buy coasters made of a more solid material. I am afraid of staining with this material. Mouse pads stain and have to be replaced, all the time. I am very happy with the quality of the work. The photos came out exactly as I customized them - including the text. The size is about a third larger than a standard size coaster so you can sit jugs on these coasters if you need to. I think these make great gift ideas - especially for special occasions.

I gifted these to a friend out of state so I did not see the end result, I had sent directly to her. She was thrilled with the gift and the photos selected for these coasters that brought back great memories. This was the only place I could find that would print individual photos to the coasters and not all the same photo. Very happy with the results I received, makes a special gift.

My coasters came out perfectly! They were a gift for a friend and she loved them.

Beware that this item is non-returnable to the seller, and if something is off with your order, they will not notify you ahead of time! I ordered over $300 worth of these coasters for a nonprofit fundraising event as a gift to people who attended. I submitted a high quality PNG in size 4x4, as this is the size of the coaster stated in the description. The submitted design displayed a photo with our organization logo in the bottom right. For reference, our logo features the organization’s name with text right below it. When I received the coasters in the mail, the logo on the coasters was grainy and couldn’t be read at all despite it being completely clear in the PNG I sent. This obviously defeated the purpose of giving them out at a work event as our logo was ilegible. I contacted the seller to rectify the situation and they immediately responded negatively justifying the logo’s blurriness by saying that “no one would print a small logo with small print like that on the coaster” and that I should have known better. If the seller thought the logo wasn’t going to come out right, they should’ve contacted me to let me know before charging me and sending the coasters with a blurry logo! The product description suggests to print business logos on the coasters, which many logos feature text, so this doesn’t make sense at all. Then, the seller’s only solution was to have me order more coasters in a larger size for the image to be clear. Why would I spend even more money with this seller when the original product was unacceptable!? After I said this wasn’t acceptable and I asked to mail the coasters back for a refund, the seller completely refused. As an Amazon merchant, they do not have to accept returns on products even if there’s an error with it on their part. It’s completely up to their discretion whether to authorize a return or not. My organization cannot be out $300 for something we can’t use so I then contacted Amazon who was able to validate my claim and offered a refund. This should have been done by the seller in the first place instead of belittling me and denying responsibility. In short, I would not recommend these coasters unless you’re okay with flimsy material featuring grainy images. The seller is not helpful or willing to work with you on the product. I’d suggest ordering from Etsy or Shutterfly for better service and better quality!
