Can I use the Wharfedale 9.1 speakers because they are a 100 watts

I am running the DM41DAB with a pair of Bi Wired Wharfedale 9.1 Diamonds and they sound great. Bass +4, Treble -2 and turn off Speaker Optimisation.

My system has developed problem, getting drop out when i use headfones, sometimes only one earphone can be heard, have used high gain amp etc ? Have u

Have you tried the headphones with another unit? If they work then, your problem is with the Denon.

Can this be connected to Kanto YU4 speakers?

The same question was asked about the suitability for the Denon DM41 (possibly by the same customer) and Kanto Living Europe (the seller) replied, 'The YU4 is powered, you cannot connect it to an amp. Can i use tibo active speakers with the denon dm 41

As I understand it, active speakers contain their own amplifier within the speaker box. That means that you can input lower power signal sources like your smart phone music or a record deck and you will get an appreciably loud output from the speakers. BUT the Denon Hifi has its own amplifier so it already puts out a strong signal. I suspect you might ruin your Tibos if you tried to use the Denon to feed them. The Denon is designed for non-active speakers, that is speakers with just speaker cones and no amplifiers within the speaker box. As I said at the beginning, that's my understanding but I am not a HiFi expert.
