You need this if you are using a hospital bed at home.
Great for my hospital mattress, I have a hospital bed at home as I have issues with my back. Tried loose sheets up they kept on slipping on the bed head. These are much better.

These fit a home use hospital bed very well, and they are soft and don't bunch up under the patient the way so many of the cotton sheets do. Very happy with these. Nice quality. Being a knit, they don't wrinkle, either, and wash up well. Very satisfied with the purchase.
