Oven Pride Complete Oven Cleaning Kit 500ml Includes Bag for Cleaning Oven Racks

Overall, this is a solid product and definitely gave the inside of my oven a nice sparkling finish, which I am very happy with. The product comes with everything you need (including gloves) and easy to follow instructions. Put your oven racks/tray into the large clear plastic bag, add 3/4 of the cleaning liquid into the bag then squeeze as much air out the bag as you can before sealing the top. Turn the bag over a couple of times to coat the racks/tray etc and then leave lying flat for a few hours. Once the bag is sorted, pour the remaining 1/4 cleaning liquid inside the oven base/floor and sponge it around until all required areas are covered and leave overnight. After 4 hours just turn the bag over a couple more times to coat the rack/tray again and then leave overnight too. In the morning, follow the instructions on emptying the bag and wiping away the excess liquid from inside the oven (this is the only bit that actually requires any work as such in the whole process). Once done, enjoy your clean oven & racking etc !

I liked that there was no noticeable smell... The bottom of my oven was black and quite thick with burned on "stuff" -three years' worth of it. (Hob and glass door are sparkling may I add in my defense!!) This product works by liquefying the burned on gunge. I put one lot on and left for 5 hours and would say over 50% was removable in liquid form by half a cheap kitchen roll. I put another application on and left it all night . There was still a small area in the middle which was not clear...I was not particularly concerned with the shelf not too bad anyway, ...so had quite a lot of liquid to use just for the oven floor. I have put a third application on and would expect that by the time that is removed the oven will by and large be clean.I would say that if you were cleaning the liquified gunge with a cloth of any sort, then rinsing it, then wiping up aso aso it would be messy of course it would. But with a couple of cheapie kitchen rolls it isn't bad at all.I am now investing in oven liners so hopefully I wont have this mess again.I would recommend this product

Hadnt cleaned my oven in 10 years. Really simple to use. Left it overnight. Wire trays came out gleaming from the bag. Took a little scrub to get some harder grime off but look amazing after! Same for the oven itself. Wish I could have used it on the kitchen glass door too but it clearly states not too so I'll have to find something else for this. Overall really easy to use product that really does do what it says.

Does a good job…. Twice..

Received it today, and as there is not much do - put it to the use straight away. Followed instructions- have soaked the racks and the oven in the morning. Waited for 6 hours. Washed it just now. I am stunned and amazed and so happy. The oven is like new. It was so easy to clean it, no scrubbing whatsoever was required. I have half of the bottle left still. It is worth every penny. None of the other oven cleaning liquids have done it for me. Highly recommend!

Great product, simple to use and excellent results. Cleaned my groddie old racks (that sadly I’ll admit haven’t been done in over 7 years) to a near perfect result. A few spots on the scratched areas where the racks grate against the oven wall runners required a little extra scouring, but nothing major and certainly very little elbow grease. The rest came out like new. Highly recommended. The only real downside is disposing of the disgusting gunk afterwards and realising Just how grim the racks truly were!

I've used this product on numerous occasions and it has always done a great job, no matter how grimy the oven. The oven pictured was in an appalling state when I moved into the flat it was in.The kit comprises of a heavy duty bag which is more than strong enough to place the removable parts of your oven in, shelves, sides, hob parts if you've a gas hob, not forgetting the grill pan. Baked on dirt was easily removed after a few hours, I think a minimum of four is recommended. Due to the nature of the product and the fact that invariably you'll need to handle it when removing difficult residue from the oven itself or the hob, rubber gloves are also provided. I've not come across a better means to clean your oven.

My oven was due a good clean. Alot of hard black build up was around the oven floor mainly. This comes with gloves and make sure you use them as if the chemical comes in contact with your skin it will burn it. Make sure your dont put any oven trays near the chemicals as it will ruin them. As mines did.I still had to use alot of elbow grease to pick away at the black build up.I got this from the amazon warehouse and was good value for me.
