NEIKO 01970A E-Clip Remover & Installer Tool Set | 4 Piece | SAE | 1/4" to 3/8"

Doesn't look fancy but it does the job perfectly of removing or installing stubborn E rings. Should be available in CVS or Walgreens.

Currently I'm maintaining about 150-200 bows for Boy Scouts of America in Circle Ten. When replacing the bushings, it's a pain to remove the e-clip with a pic and install it with a screw driver. Half the time the e-clip will go flying across the table onto the ground to never be found again. The extraction tool if used correctly, barely pushes it to the back of the shaft and allows it to be gently pulled off with fingers while under no tension. Installation is a breeze because it holds the e-clip comfortably. I have big fingers so this is a huge game changer for me. I can remove and reinstall e-clips in seconds safely rather than minutes while trying to make sure it doesn't go flying without using this tool. I can't speak to durability, but it should last quite some time as long as it isn't abused. It is packed with a bit of oil, so I wiped them down and wrapped the spare tools in a paper towel.

Little hard to use but worth what the price

It's a handy tool. Saves on clips from getting lost.

package marked for 1/4 to 3/8 but contents are 6mm to 9mm Does not work with SAE sized E-clips as stated on package. works fine for Metric sizes shown

No instructions on how to use this. It is only partially intuitive on what to do. I've tried using it many times but usually end up using pliers and a fine screwdriver.
