Q: I get in average of 5 to 6 hours of Deep Sleep which is impossible. What does Deep Sleep mean in the app? Or it is just the device broken?

I don’t think this has any medical accuracy. I think it just means laying still. It says I’m in deep sleep while I’m laying their awake. Same thing with the blood pressure. I get 106 to 110 over 78-80. In reality my bp is slightly higher.

Q: Can you set alarms with this watch? Or on your phone and have the watch alert?
