Not bad for $10. I like that I can move it around but also bc of that I think it's a little less sturdy than I'd like. It holds on good with it's little grippers so that's nice. Wish Popsocket would just make more of them with magnets built in bc I like my magnet phone holder much better but this one is still nice.

Holds my Moto g 2025 which is quite heavy with no issues. It does wobble some so will see how it holds up overtime

This phone holder was completely useless to me. I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra with a metal pop socket on the back. I don't think this is an incredibly heavy phone, but the weight of my phone kept pulling this vent clip off the car's vent fins, because the clip would not tighten or clamp properly on the vent. It was extremely frustrating trying to get it to latch on. My phone fell into the floor of my car every time I attempted to mount it to the vent. It stayed in place for about 30 seconds at the most, and then fell off into the floor of the passenger side of my car while I was driving. I tried to fish around for it while I was on the interstate, but had to leave my phone in the floor until I could safely pull over and retrieve it. This makes me think that this product could be potentially dangerous, if you're dead set on retrieving your phone while driving. This holder would not tighten or lock onto the vent fins tightly enough to hold my phone. It was past the return window, so this useless item went into the trash. It was a waste of money and time, trying to get it to work.

Works as it should. My only complaint is that the socket has to be in the center of the phone or it can't stay vertical in the holder. Originally I had my socket about 2/3rds down instead of in the middle, and I had to move it. Otherwise, it holds onto the vent nicely. Just be careful when running the heater, you don't want to overheat your phone.

Best for horizontal vents. Phone can tip from side to side if not held in place by something like a USB or even if it is next to vehicle knobs and buttons. Like that it has a simple design and is easy to take with me as I travel and use it in many different types of rental cars.

I tried one of these because I was trying to avoid using one that I had to stick to my dash or my windshield. The air vents on my car that this would clip onto are vertical, and are not super wide or thick, so what ended up happening was that every time I'd go over a bump - my phone would end up pulling the holder right off the vent and end up on the floor. Also, it was slightly sideways. My guess is that it was designed to attach to a horizontal vent. But I ended up removing the plastic covering, loosening the screw so I could adjust it so it would sit upright - and squeezing the clip tighter so it would clip onto my vent tighter and not fall off. It now stays on most of the time, unless I hit a big bump. Not a perfect solution for me, but it works well enough.

Perfect for those that use a popsocket which I do exclusively. It’s fits in my vent perfectly and is very sturdy. Only complaint is I have to take it down to use the heat otherwise the phone heats up which is no flaw in design, just inconvenient.

When I have a popsocket on my phone and I need quick directions this is very handy. I don't use it all the time because my phone is just to big to be propped up like that (I also have a smaller car) but it is very handy when I need it.

This is amazing. I've owned many phone holders for the car over my nearly 16 years of driving and this is the best one by far. It matches my black vents so it's not an eye sore. I can quickly toss my phone into it and lifts out just as easily. Super sturdy-doesnt bounce around at all. If you don't like your phone on your vent (like in winter when you blast heat), Popsocket also sells one that attaches to the windscreen that I hear awesome things about. I even bought one of these for my mum to use. Would definitely recommend.
