Is the plug adaptor a uk one? And does it convert 240v to 120v to operate?

Hello,The adaptor is a european adaptor of 220V or 120V to 12V. The device works to 12V DC but you can plug to 220V or 120. The only that is not included is the small adaptor of the plug from european plut to the UK standar plug

Why is this priced so exorbitantly in the UK when it’s only $95 in the US on amazon.com? this is a ridiculous price!

Hi; There is tax and shipping when the product is sent from America to England. There is also a customs tax when it comes to the UK. So there are 3 additional payments. Do you think it's still expensive? It is also a product that works with 120 volts in America.
