Ok, so I took a huge chance on this laptop and holy Flip, I am so glad I did. Everyone was giving it bad reviews and seemed to have one issue or another. I just received mine and it works GREAT!!It pretty thin and although not super light weight, it is not super heavy really. The keyboard feels pretty darn good. the track pad, is well, a track pad. Honestly it is not bad. Not great but definitely not the worst I have ever used. Plus, Bluetooth mouse. Just saying. It booted up instantly, no problem at all. After testing it for about an hour, I found there were no charging issues. I connected multiple Bluetooth devices. All worked great. Running multiple apps and windows I noticed nothing. Scrolling was smooth. Everything opened and closed pretty snappy.I watched YouTube on it and videos played no problem up to 1080p. After that, I did notice the laptop struggled with loading videos but, hey, 1080p is still pretty flipping grand! Audio , though not super loud still sounded great. In a space that is quiet or not alot of other noises are going on, the speakers sound great and fill a room. Not out in public, I would suggest headphones.Video quality is pretty good. There are some viewing angles that are less then stellar. But the screen tilts back and forth and unless you are trying to view from an extremely awkward angle, the screen is bright and vibrant and looks great. My camera on my phone does not do the screen justice.Gaming, steam downloaded fast as well as the couple of gaming I tried. I use a 5g fiber network. And ran into no issues. I was able to play Destiny 2 at between 55-60 fps.The over laptop is mint! For a refurbished laptop, I had accepted I was getting someone's "leftovers", so I was expecting scratched. Dents, dings, something but outside of it not coming in it's original packaging, again, mint! Everything important was there.So, I do not know why some many people are having issues, maybe I got lucky, I still have more testing to do but, until I find something bad with it,bibam extremely happy with this laptop. Money well spent!

Kept crashing. Am sending it back but need to get personal information off of it. On phone for hours and when they finally connected me to technician he hung up! Kept saying he couldn't hear me. It is so used it was hard to get serial number off back. I don't know what to do. This thing should be in junk pile. Getting real tired of Amazon junk! Can't get any help. Can't do work! Don't take chance!

I just got it and in the process of setting it up. Right outa the box, graphics are great with dozens of adjustments available, blue tooth fabulous, wifi/wireless instantly picked up 2 wireless printers, my Galaxy 20 Ultra and my husbands phone. Downloaded everything it could from google cloud, samsung cloud, amazon photo's. Thus far, I have zero complaints about my purchase. And all that while I fixed a k-cup of coffee.

It was a great price!! but majority of the keys don’t function and I had to get a mouse to be able to maneuver through the computer.

I like this computer. I love it. It's small but it's better than the big ones. I have a computer for 11 years. It's stop working. Time for a new one.
