Poor quality
My daughter loves monster high and was over the moon with Draculaura when it first arrived. It looked great but within a week both arms had dropped out of the sockets and fell out again whenever replaced. This was very disappointing for her and unacceptable in view of the price.

Draculaura has got to be one of the absolute sweetest gouls! This doll is perfection and it was so easy to get out of the package! Not like the dolls in the 90's that were so difficult to open- especially for an impatiant and excited child!
