Protalus T-100 Elite

My podiatrist recommended these. I recently had bunion surgery and ordered custom orthotics which were made from a mold of my foot. They cost $500.00 and were NOT covered by Medicare. I wasn't going to order another pair so my podiatrist told me about these. They are every bit as comfortable and supportive as the custom ones.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but honestly within 20 minutes of wearing I could feel the difference… improved cushion and shock absorption, nice stability, greater comfort. They did feel stiff at first, but they “warmed up” nicely and felt great. These insoles added new life to my Pickleball shoes. My original insoles were literally razor thin, cheap, and ineffective. These Protalus Elite T-100 insoles are truly a game changer.I wear a 9.5 wide men’s shoe size and the 9.5 insole fit perfectly. I’ll update my review in a few months to comment on durability.Update:I’ve bought an additional pair since my first review (almost a year ago). The insoles are pretty durable. I play Pickleball about 4-5 per week, for several hours at a time. With that kind of usage, I still got about 5-6 months out of the insole. The first part to wear out was directly under the heel. When replacing with a new pair, I took my old pair and put them into my regular everyday shoes; still comfortable and effective.I have recommended these insoles to several people and all have said they are happy with them.

These insoles are good.... even an improvement over Vionics. They are easily inserted into my Hokas as well as my Vionics. However, the heel pain remains, so they're not perfect.

Although they are a little expensive. if your Job has you on your feet all day. In a restaurant or at a construction site where you are standing on your feet all day. These will make your feet feel better at the end of the day.

My feet are more flat than arched, but they still need arch support. I specifically chose these inserts because they weren't for high arches, were highly rated, and to be honest, I figured for $60 they would be of good quality. They fit in my shoes perfectly. That is about the only positive I have to say about them. The arch is not only a little too high, but its location within the foot is off - it's too far back, so the front of my heel is partially over it. Ouch. In addition, the arch shape goes across the foot - so the outer side of my foot feels like it's got a bar underneath it - which has also caused foot discomfort even after I take my shoes off.

My husband is a delivery driver and originally received a pair of these through his work. He suffers from older muscular and skeletal inquires that love to flare up after long days of being on his feet, driving and lifting boxes. We just got these to replace the original ones because he liked them so much. His first day wearing the new ones he had a long day running a route "cold" (meaning he'd never run it before) and his feet & knees did not hurt the next day. He wears these with New Balance 608 and 623 cross trainer shoes and they fit great.

I have tried these in several shoes the support is terable. Every time I use them I and the day in so much pain my hips feel like I twisted them. I do not recommend these. If you going to get some go with the old blue ones far better support and alignment. Only.problem is value for the door. They do not last long
