It absolutely is waterproof. I've been swimming with my Galaxy Watch 4 for over a year now several times a week for about an hour at a time in my salt water pool. I only just got my Watch 5, but I've worn it through two swims so far with no problems. You don't even have to use the water lock feature, but I do use it just to be extra careful.

Yes but not continuous. You have to wear the watch on the left and manually tell it to take a 30 second recording while keeping your right index finger on the top button. It only checks for AFib. It does NOT automatically record or check or alert you to any abnormalities while wearing it during normal wear. Also if you set up the ECG then the health app forces you to set up a screen lock on your phone.

Q: Does it comes with the charger?

You're out of luck if you don't have any other usb c adapters. $300 watch and no usb c charger? Thanks Samsung.

Q: Does Bluetooth version have fall detection?

No. You can press the button 3 times to summon help if conscious and within Bluetooth range of your phone, but it doesn't detect falls - I've got the broken arm to prove it (yes I had SOS set up already). If you want it for a senior or someone who is likely to fall, go with the apple watch. My mom's friend fell and it called 2 people (including 911) for her without her having to do anything.
