No Sound / Product Not Working?

Power Check: Ensure power switch is ON and LED is lit. Try using another 12V 2A adapter to rule out power issues Signal flow Check: Turntable PHONO output →Preamp→ Amplifier LINE IN Turntable Status Check: Ensure the turntable is set to PHONO output

Distorted or Loud/Noisy Sound?

Incorrect Input Source → Set turntable to PHONO output Double Amplification → Connect amplifier or powered speakers to LINE IN (AUX/CD), not PHONO Excessive Gain → Lower the preamp volume Turntable Issue → Confirm your cartridge is MM type

Humming or Buzzing Noise?

Improper Grounding → Connect and tighten turntable ground wire to the GND post on preamp Signal Interference → Keep preamp/cables away from electronics; use high-quality shielded RCA cables Turntable Issue → Check stylus, record, tracking force

Usage Tips & Audio Precautions

Start with low volume on both the preamp and amplifier Turn on the preamp first, then the amplifier to avoid speaker "pop" sounds The 3.5mm headphone jack is for basic listening, best for headphones ≤68Ω. It does not mute RCA output

Still No Sound or Noise Issues?

Check stylus, record condition, and tracking force. Confirm the cartridge is MM type and set to PHONO output Try using another 12V 2A adapter to rule out power issues 18-month product support available. Please contact PROZOR via Amazon
