I bought this brace because of horrible sciatic pain in my leg. I've tried everything to help ease the pain and nothing works. As a last hope effort I bought this brace. It's taken a little getting used to, but seems to help slightly with the pain. If I don't wear it, then I feel the pain more than if I do wear it. I sit and walk a lot, so both sitting and standing are excruciating after a while. I needed something to help with the pain that shoots down my leg to my ankles. I do wear this under my clothes. It's hard sometimes getting it on because it requires bending to get the thigh part on that I cannot do. I sit down and put the thigh part on first then the back part last. I've washed and air dried this and still it is in great shape. Overall, my pain is a 9 on a bad day and a 6 on a good day. I wear this all day long and I do believe it helps ease some of the discomfort. Most days my pain is unbearable no matter what I do, but I still put my brace on and go about my day.

No one likes to deal with daily pain but sometimes there just isn't anything that can really be done to relieve that pain. This brace does a good job or relieving my pain. I am 69 years old and most of my pain comes from osteoarthritis and not an injury. I prefer a non pill approach for my pain relief besides nothing really works to help me be comfortable. I read all of the reviews on similar braces on Amazon and this one looked most like what I was looking for. I like very much that is is adjustable. It was easy to adjust. You do have to work with positioning it a bit until you have it customized to fit your needs. Once I got mine just the way I wanted it, I just pull it on and off so I don't have to mess around with adjusting it every time I want to use. it. It is very easy to tighten it up a bit once you get it on if you need to. This brace really works for me. If I feel like I want a little ice on my sore spots it is easy to slip an ice pack down into the brace. Don't leave it there long because it makes for very close contact. This is a good buy and easy to use. I recommend it for people who are tired of being in pain all of the time.

I used daily for uphill snowshoeing and backcountry descents in powder and packed snow (skis). It works well with adjustable support straps, but is not a cure for sciatica nor hamstring injuries. It provides support relief and is good for large steps uphill. It is comfortable and warm and it can be worn under form fitting pants, particularly if outer garment has some "stretch," and it can be worn on outside of thigh for tight jeans. Note: I am 6', 155 lbs w 30" waist and upper section is large on me causing an overlap at waist, which adds warmth. Adjusting the thigh support is easy. and is light enough for casual wear after workout. I have the blue color and like it. Quality is good for price. Also good for yoga and I'm glad I bought it!

I don't mean to give such a harsh review this thing actually was the best thing for me when I first bought it but after two weeks the velcro is kind of wore off on it and it doesn't hold its firmness as well as it did when I first got it. So as I am bowling or exercising or doing anything that requires me to wear that I'm constantly having to readjust it which is kind of a nuisance. But the first 2 weeks, it held and I was pain free..

This is a Quality Product. I have severe scoliosis which affects my sciAtic( you know the whole butt muscle and leg, calves, to the tricep, elbow and my two most favorite lower back muscle and that muscle(3 or 4) tied to the shoulder blade. This is a heavy duty strong well made and designed . They didn’t make some flimsy junk , they put some care and real research into product and it’s shows. Yes all of those body parts are affected and this product can relieve a lot not all but it helps to where you can move . It does more than you would imagine. Please if your hurting and digging into your back or punching your spasms stop. Try this and start stretching . Thank you for your product . I will be buying more !( my dad loved it and So no use why not buy more and more of my family and friends will be buying this product. they’re an a necessity for me to do normal things

I have to give this product the highest praise. I have low back and hip/sciatic pain on the right side. Numbness, soreness, etc. I tried it out on the right and it was OK but didn’t do a lot. Then just to experiment I wore on the left. OMG - I don’t know how but it has me walking more evenly, standing up straighter, and just generally feeling almost normal. Even sitting and lying down it relieved some discomfort that I was not that aware if. It is very well designed and comfortable. I have very tight ITB, hammies, and glutes on both sides. It must be compressing or maybe hampering something and bringing balance back to my pelvis.

Once I got it to actually fit, it was pretty snug. However, I am not a big guy, and it's difficult to attach the waist flap; it's too long and I have to reach way around to get it to latch. I think there should be different sizes. Also, it does absolutely nothing to relieve the pain of my groin pull.

Seems to help my hip when it feels weak or strained. I don’t like the Velcro straps around the leg as it irritates my skin. I also don’t like wearing the brace with pants as it pulls down my pants as I walk. I gave it 4 stars because it does help my hip but not 5 stars because I can’t wear it with anyth oh except a dress

I've only used a couple times. At first I felt no real difference, then once I took it off I could really feel what it was doing. I hope with more use I will notice a big change in my pain level.
