A mousetrap that actually works
Works like a charm! I tried three different trap designs to eliminate mice in our house and, over a period of months, didn't catch a single one of the clever critters. Then I purchased this electric trap. It has plenty of room for fodents to enter and no mechanical parts to get in the way. It also has vents so the bait can be smelled from outside. The rodents go in to explore and that's their last journey. So far it's been two nights since the trap arrived and two mice caught.

Good trap
It's easy to recharge and easy to use. We had a big rat hanging around the bird table. We no longer have a rat. But where there's one, there are more so I'll keep setting the trap up 👍

Works well
I placed the trap and waited for more than two weeks and nothing happened, I was bit disappointed that this won't work, but to my surprise the trap did kill a monster one fine day. So the volts are good enough for such massive rat , I think using some strong baits could increase the kill rate.

AMAZING TRAP!
This trap is incredible, I’ve had such an issue with rats as I live in a block of flats in an urban area and am attached on both sides, so rats are always a potential threat. So far it’s caught 2 rats in 2 nights, just make sure you place it against a wall as rats tend to stick close to walls where possible. It’s easy to setup and clean and the battery life is very good. Just having this gives me so much peace of mind as having rats in your home can be extremely distressing. Would definitely recommend!

Seems to be working
I have had 2 of these for2 weeks now having suffered a bad rat problem where they started nesting in the garden & then coming into the house, chewing through my kitchen sink pipe & dishwasher pipe. I could not believe how brazen a rat is, they will run over youre foot, sit on a tumble drier in front of you & not move unless you move the tumble drier ! I could hear them in my cavity walls & underneathe my floorboards, constantly chewing as their front teeth never stop growing so they have to keep them short by constantly chewing up everything in their path ! I literally received these 2 machines when for some reason I had not seen or heard a single rat. However I keep one under my kitchen cupboards & one in my garden which I shall keep going all year round, as they just keep coming back all the time. But although vermin has not entered the trap. They do work as the one in the garden kept bleeping every 10 seconds & the light kept flashing. On on inspection a wood louse & a baby slug were in the box dead, so it proves the boxes do activate & work at the slightest touch when a creature crawls in. I highly recommend. As firstly I tried peppermint oil which rats are supposed to hate, they did not care about this what so ever, then I tried poison bait locked in a box in the garden. But that is no good if you have pets, I had to stop using this when rats came into the house because if a cat or dog sinks its teeth into the rat on capture it will give youre pet a long lingering death as these poisons cause internal bleeding over 3-4 days. I read that this device electrocutes & kills instantly which is more humane. I have never tried snap traps, simply because ive been told by people who have used them that they impale the vermin, but the vermin will take hours to die & scream the whole time. Which is not pleasant to hear, especially if you have placed these in youre house. So I really think these devices are the best solutions. If you call out an exterminator who will charge £150 per visit. He/she will lay down poison or fill in holes or pull up rats nests. But apart from that, if you have children or pets they cant not get rid of vermin, as they only use poison to get rid of them. If you allowed a rat or mouse to continue to breed in the house they would destroy the whole house through the damage they make. So I think this is the best way of exterminating them .

Half good
Advertised for mouse and rat trapping.Great for mice but not rats.Entrance too small and awkward corner appears the cause of failure. Typical rat too big to enter and be caught. If a larger version was offered I'd buy it because quality is good otherwise.

Well made and works
Rats are quite smart and wary of traps or anything new for that matter. It took about 3 weeks after setting this one to catch a rat. It was one among several other trap types I had set. Now that I can confirm that it works, it’s worthwhile saying:- it’s sturdily built- dead easy to set up- It gives a beep and flashes a light intermittently if you have caught a rat.I highly recommend this one.

Well worth the money to catch and kill rats!
Trap arrived yesterday, so I was able to set it up ready last night. I used peanut butter for bait. This morning one dead rat! Brilliant I never expected it to work that quick. Highly recommended.
