Bought it as a lumbar support for airline seats. But it turns out that it works on EVERY type of chair with a backrest. I used to have a a blowup "sleeper" on long flights that enabled me to sleep more horizontally, but it needed 6-12" of legroom, and after 10 years the valve leaks. No longer sold. I bought this pillow for a trip that my husband and I were taking; he's a loud snorer and a wedge pillow is a must for him. This fit perfectly in our luggage and worked so well. We were able to inflate it up arriving and deflate it at the end of our trip. It is nicely covered in a soft fabric that makes it hard to slip down off the pillow. We'll be taking it on all of our trips now!

Great product, heavy duty. I needed something to help keep the pillow from falling between the head board and mattress and this worked perfectly to fill the void.

I used it on a cruise. I worked great.

I've given up on inflatable pillows. This one. Deflated overnight and will no longer hold air. And this is after only about a couple months

The wedge pillow is easy to inflate, but very, very difficult to get the plug secured without losing a great deal of air. It is comfortable for a while, but the pressure on the calves was uncomfortable after about 35 minutes. I intend to continue using it for brief periods because at first it is comfortable to elevate the legs.
