I‘ve always been a bit scared of the thought of epilators but decided to try during Lockdown with no access to beauticians etc. Wow! It’s easy to use and with the added cleansing brush and vitalising pad it has left my skin feeling years younger! Sadly the light-up mirror doesn’t work but the rest is great. Ditch the tweezers and buy - if you can afford the batteries. Suggest unscrewing connection between uses but rechargeable batteries would be the way to go. VERY battery hungry! PS Can cause nasty inflamed face rash so follow instructions supplied and also use Witch Hazel gel if you have sensitive skin.

I was skeptical about this purchase at the beginning but to be honest is quite worth it! First of all, my order was delivered earlier than what it was expected!! Now for the product,it does what it says! It was not that painful as i thought it would be,however,some people will find it more painful than others and that is fine! Also i tried it in the shower so the hot water minimized the pain i think. But be careful in the shower, try not to get the device wet or not to have the water running on it because from my understanting the device should not be used in the shower unless is used with the cleanser brush. Overall i am quite satisfied, it plugs out even the shortest hair and it saves a lot of time and money!! Give it a go!

Excellent little machine ! Having suffered for years with unwanted hair on face I am very impressed with this epilator I’ve tried waxing , threading , creams , plucking and I wish I’d purchased one of these years ago ! Only thing is it would be better with mains to recharge rather than batteries as the power seems to drain very quickly .. but I am very pleased with this item and would definitely recommend !

I love this gadget and I've had it 3 months. I used to get my face threaded regularly living in the Middle East, but it is just too expensive to have it done over here in my small town in the UK. (£15 for neck and chin). The first month I looked like a teenager with rampant acne as I cleared the forest but daily application of germolene kept it down, and for the past couple of months I've had a lovely clear, smooth neck. I've never used the brushes and things in this kit though so can't comment on those. Just interested in the face ripping. I do use it almost daily and the batteries (1xAA) don't last too long so I use rechargeables now. Edit 2022 - Been meaning to edit this review for some time now. I have had this gadget now for 4 years and I have to say that after 2 years it stopped being that good even with fresh, non-rechargeable batteries. Could be that my chin hair got tougher. A bit disappointing as I expect a thing like this to perform well for about 5 years.

I used this system for the first time yesterday and all I can say is wow! It's extremely effective and today my face is baby smooth with no redness at all or irritation at all! :) That being said this has to be hands down the most painful beauty treatment I have ever experienced! I followed all the advice online to make it as painless as possible, however half way into my moustache I thought I was having a heart attack! Eyes streaming doesn't even begin to describe it! However as it was my first time I had alot of peach fuzz and hair growth, so I'm sure with regular use there will be less hair next time therefore less pain. I'm hoping I can get used to it as the results are amazing and so worth it in the end! 10/10 for effectiveness.

I have to say it’s really good the bag it comes in with the extra accessories especially the light up mirror and the brush to clean the blade is brilliant the only disappointing thing was it’s battery operated and runs out very quick and it’s quite tricky to open the bottom you have to use a coin to click it out to put batteries in I gave it 5 for everything because it worked amazing it rips the hairs right out and it really hurts but over time the pain isn’t as bad

I bought this product from Amazon UK in summer 2019. I asked if they will have costumer service if I moved to Sweden and the product broke or something and they assured me that was possible. I moved to Sweden and the product stop working properly after 8 months of purchase. The motor wouldn’t work, or sometimes it would and sometimes it wouldn’t. So I tried contacting Braun’s rep here in Sweden but no one ever responded to my calls or email. About 12 months after purchase, the product stopped working all together. Now I’m trying to find a way of fixing it myself but it’s impossible. And it’s expensive and wasteful to buy a new one esp that I have already bought a pack of different brushes etc ! I have to throw everything away and buy a new product! Otherwise the epilator itself was fine and did remove facial hair nicely when it was working!!

For years I have been painstakingly tweezing my chin and upper lip every day. I would constantly stress on the hair I cannot get out with the tweezer. But now, all I do is apply this epilator over my chin and upper lip twice a week, it’s amazing and leaves my skin feeling smooth - something I couldn’t achieve with tweezing. Highly recommend this product.

This is an excellent product.must have for daily cleansing.also very good for facial messaging.epilator also works very efficiently for removing the hard hair on face.

Is not as effective as I hoped. Takes too long to remove what is needed.

funktioniert einwandfrei. Gute Entfernung auch kurzer und dünner Haare. Der Tip, besonders empfindliche Hautpartien bei der Epilation straff zu halten, verringert den Schmerz deutlich.

è un ottimo strumento per togliere i peli: si sente proprio che li toglie alla radice. probabilmente qualcuno lo spezzerà, ma non credo. è efficace e non fa tanto male quanto immaginavo.
