A little machine that tells you when is working!!
The machine worked as it should with no issues. However I was very surprised by how loud it is for such a small device. I had to research it to check if this was normal. There isn't much information about the decibels, but I saw another person on YouTube using the same machine which was also pretty loud. Not sure about the sound from aftermarket ones. The outer shell is made from plastic, chrome plated which was a little flimsy.. Not solid as I hoped. But overall, it does the job and keeps my wife busy.

excellent can make pasta on my own
the machine covering feels a little flimsy,however have used it twice now and works well,I thought it was a two speed motor by looking at the picture but it is on /off/ pulse, not sure why there is a pulse mode on the switch.

What a difference
This thing makes pasta and it's easy to do. My kitchen counter doesn't hold the pasta machine due to the setbacks under the counter that defeat the clamp. I am not Vishnu with 8 arms so I can't hold the machine, crank it, feed the pasta and guide it out. No clamp needed for the machine with the motor and it works smoothly, easily transferring from roll out to one of the cutting options. A recent national review said this and the matching pasta machine were not Rolls Royce models but were like a Camry - works every time and gets the job done reliably. I agree.

Marcato Motor super hilfreich
Hallo, ich mache super gern meine Nudeln selbst und mit dem Motorantrieb klappt es Bestens. Der Teig muss eine weiche, gut formbare Konstenz haben. Falls es zu fest wird, kann der Teig nicht durch die Nudelmaschine gepresst werden. Da hilft auch der Motorantrieb nicht, da der Teig oberhalb kleben bleibt. Zum Motor: Mit etwas Übung lässt er sich problemlos plazieren und läuft zuverlässig. Er läuft während man den Teig verarbeitet. Man kann zwischen Dauerbetrieb für max. 15 Minuten und Betrieb per Knopfdruck wählen. Der Geräuschpegel ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Reinigung erfolgt durch einfaches abwischen mit einem leicht feuchtem Tuch. So macht italienisches Essen noch mehr Spaß. Eine Wohltat für den Chefkoch!
