Use on my curly hair, new to using diffusers but speed was good and felt it got pretty warm/hot after a while. Gave me a few fly away hairs but more likely my technique. Good value for money overall and been using it for nearly a year now. Not too noise and gets the job done.

This diffuser is great. I was a bit worried when I read a few reviews saying it get too hot to hold after while but I haven’t found that to be the case for me. I have past the shoulder that has to be sectioned. I use the high heat to dry the roots and crown and then lower the heat for mid and end sections.I love how it doesn’t blow my hair around which has massively reduced the frizz.I’m really pleased with my purchase.

After seeing all the rave reviews, I had high hopes for this hairdryer and for the first 3 days it was great, however, on day 4 it overheated and burned out. Now the hairdryer has no power and stinks, so can't be used.I contacted Imtec (the manufacturer/seller) as soon as the problem occurred. 36 hours later they eventually reply asking for my address and confirming they'll send the replacement. I respond immediately and almost 48 hours later they send me a returns label for the faulty item asking me to confirm when returned, so they can start the replacement process. Not at all what their first message said.When this hairdryer cost almost £150, I expect better customer service when something goes wrong, especially when the hairdryer was only 4 days old!I'm now stuck in no mans land with a broken hairdryer and a company who seem unable (or unwilling) to send a replacement. Think I'll just replace my dyson that was 6 years old with a new one, their customer service is always fantastic.I'd highly recommend avoiding these guys because if you're unlucky like I was and get a faulty item, you'll spend ages waiting for them to deal with it and maybe one day will either get a replacement or your money back (here's hoping I'll get my money back sooner rather than later).Worst customer service I think I've ever experienced!
