Nobby (Sacha Baron Cohen), a sweet but dimwitted English football hooligan, has everything a man from the poor fishing town of Grimsby could want, including 9 children and the most attractive girlfriend in the Northern England (Rebel Wilson). There’s only one thing missing: his little brother, Sebastian (Mark Strong), who Nobby has spent 28 years searching for after they were separated as kids. Nobby sets off to reunite with Sebastian, unaware that not only is his brother MI6’s deadliest assassin, but he’s just uncovered plans for an imminent global terrorist attack. On the run and wrongfully accused, Sebastian realizes that if he is going to save the world, he will need the help of its biggest idiot. Review: Brilliant blue action packed escapism. Had me in tears of laughter from start to finish. - Very few films have made me pause because I was missing the film due to laughing, but this one did! Oh my god, I was aching! If you are into serious films, with twisting plot lines, serious prose, straight laced acting and award nominations, then this is never going to be the film for you. If you like a bit of smut, continual knob gags, unexpected filth and a lewd plot line combined with a load of stuff blowing up unnecessarily then this is definitely for you. From the opening scene through to the last I was in stitches. This is definitely the best Sasha Baron Cohen film of the lot, and Mark Strong's straight laced character is a perfect folly for Choen's ultra chavtastic character. I don't want to give too much away but you will never look at a bedroom sales room, or an elephant in the same way. Brilliant! Review: very funny film - very funny film

sacha is brilliant
I enjoyed the movie a lot. Anyone who enjoyed Bruno (which is astounding) is definitely going to enjoy this too. Unlike Bruno, this is a completely scripted movie and everyone is an actor. Particularly enjoyed Penelope Cruz and Gabourey Sidibe's cameos in the movie. I enjoyed The Dictator, but I think Grimsby is a lot better.

Back to form for Sacha Baron Cohen
Hilarious show that does what so few films modern manage - make a comedy with an action threat without letting the laughs stop at the expense of tension. It never falls from "laugh first". There are a lot of hilarious laugh-out-loud moments, and there's never any waiting between gags. Mark Strong completely nails his character - and its so out of form - I'm sure he had a blast making this. Have watched several times - the jokes are just as funny when you know they are coming - which is always a strength of a real comedy. It won't last the years or give rise to the same types of quip as Airplane! or Naked Gun, but it will induce face-ache from laughing.

Funny and rude
Funny and rude, you may have to avert your eyes in some scenes! I can't believe Mark Strong agreed to be in this!

Buen producto
Excelente película. Es ácida, irreverente, no apta para personas sensibles al humor negro. La entrega fue muy buena, llegó muy rápido.

Great, but not for the easily offended.
If you are easily offended, don’t watch this. If you are a fan of this Sacha Baron Cohen’s work, this won’t disappoint. Totally inappropriate humour, my favourite type, and a good movie which kept me entertained.

Irreverent, NSFW British movie
Rating movies is personal. This Sacha Baron Cohen movie (with his co-star/support Mark Strong of Kingsman fame) tickled my funnybone throughout. Be prepared for crude, borderline explicit language (topped up by Rebel Wilson's dialog), graphic violence and almost deviant scenes (who hides in an elephant's womb during mating season? Just saying). But there is a thread throughout: the relationship between two brothers, separated as kids, renewing their relationship. To me it's good, not so clean, fun
