Well made with great price. Very comfortable and easy to assemble

the only problem is it is tight and feels like tilting forward. but the chair is beautiful we kept 2 and return 4.

Quality is great and very comfortable. I love the Ivory color gives it a elegant look. I get so many compliments every time I have guest over. Also the seller Kathy K very responsible seller and great communication. Great packaging.

It's a beautiful chair, but the issue is the paint job. I particularly like the gold color, but the paint started coming off with regular usage in a month. First, I contacted the seller to see my options, and the seller offered to send replacement parts. Still, upon sending more pictures, the seller offered me a 50% refund, but here is the issue: I mainly got this chair because of its golden color, and I cannot keep it in my house with peeled paint even though I am getting half off. So I countered that 50% refund with replacement parts, and the seller didn't like that and, in poor language, told me that they'll send two new chairs and $30 compensation (I have four damaged chairs) or 50% refund and no replacement parts, or return label ( so if I return using their shipping label then I'll lose the initial shipping cost of $80 what they charged when I placed the order). Another issue with the seller is they will only respond once every 24 hours because they are overseas. Well, all the offered options were not acceptable to me, so I contacted Amazon and requested a return through them. I spent over 5-6 days resolving this and am still waiting for Amazon to pick up to get my money back.

Overall I am satisfied for the price. Modern glam style, soft materials, fast shipping, easy to put together, and good sizing. I like the full back feature. Shipment arrived packaged 2 per box and had minor scratches and one small dent. The gold finish does look like it scratches easily but they were a value so I’m happy.

I advise you if you are planning to purchase these don’t do it. If you have to return it the shipping is more than the actual chairs. It’s not worth it. You have to pay for the return.
