We ordered this product and it came in the time span it said it would and was well wrapped up and delivered in a good condition, as well as being good quality and good value for your money and as described on the product description. Great little removers for the price
Does exactly what it says on the tin. This is my second set in 3 years, as I've used me so much. Broke 1 and lost 2 so about time to replace. For a fiver you can't go wrong.

Smaller ones seem fragile..
the bigger ones seem OK and work nicely, but trying to remove a smaller broken bolt resulted int he smallest one snapping.Not so useful and now the bolt is really stuck in.. I'll try to resort to drilling it out sometime but that was the point of buying these so I wouldnt have to do that.

Rubbish quality
I read reviews and stupidly thought they must have done something wrong when using this tool for it to fail Let me tell you I needed to extract a small screw from a wheel hub, I had soaked over several days in penetration oil, used a blow torch a few times to expand the area around the broken bolt and drilled a pilot hole through the broken bolt.I just tightened the extractor in the bolt and GENTLY started to turn it and SNAP. I now have a broken extractor in the same hole, this is now a much bigger job and potentially ruined the wheel hub.Listen to the reviews DO NOT BUY THIS FOR ANYTHING MORE THAN REMOVING SCREWS FROM WOOD IT WILL SNAP!

had a set of these for years and thought it time to replace them as they had been abused over time with 2 of them having snapped near the tips - excellent tool and they are an easy, simple solution to what can seem an impossible task of removing and replacing studs. bolts & screws.

Really nicely made. High quality, very pleased.You can snap anything, especially this small. If you use some thought and think about what you are trying to remove and the or load you are attempting to put through a tiny tool you should be fine.
