3D Eye Patch (Right Eye)

Save the cheaper alternatives for your next Halloween costume party. If you have a minor eye injury or discomfort that you can nurse at home, get this instead. The cup gives plenty of room so your eye can open, blink and move freely. The other, cheaper one that I got didn't have this feature, and it hurt my eye after a while. This actually helped my eye get better. Highly recommended!

I have been through just about every type of eye-patch I've been able to find, and this one has worked by far best for my use. I get serious migraines if I get unexpected increases in light to my right eye, so I spend long hours with a patch over that eye to protect it and myself.These patches rest comfortably over my eye so they don't touch it, so I can keep it open and blink without noticing it. And it helps alot to with hygiene, as my eye is free to clear itself.They are also quite soft, and I've had them on my face for many, many long hours without any discomfort where they rest on my skin.They also are surprisingly reusable for their price, as I can hand-wash them with soap in the sink. They are not quite good-as-new after a couple of washes, but they are still servicable. And I don't need to wash them often, as again they are sitting on the eye like many other types of patches which helps it remain clean for a longer time.The only drawback is probably the adjustable stretch-band, as it looses some of its tension after much use and a few washes. They remain usable, but less reliable for me to in bright environments as the eye-patch needs to be firmly in place and not let in any light or its migraine city, population me.But for just hanging out and watching TV at home or whatever, then the older ones are still quite servicable, and I just use newer ones if I'm heading somewhere bright.I was very glad to have found these, and I order a new batch regularly. If I wasn't so prone to loosing the ones i have, I probably would have to order them less often too, they are that decent at lasting.

This patch has a serious durability issue. Yet I keep buying it to replace the ones that become frazzled because I like the look, the feel, and the fit. If you make and market these patches, can you upgrade the material so it does't come apart after limited use?

My daughter needed brain surgery that caused her to have double vision for a while. In order to return to school, she had no choice but to wear an eye patch so she could see. We tried many different brands, but this one was her favorite. It is very soft, does not allow light in through the cracks, is curved away from her eye enough that she does not feel smothered by it, and it has a nice bit of padding around it that it was comfortable and did not irritate her like some of the other brands we used. I hope we never have a need to use it again, but if we ever do, we’ll definitely buy this one.

Had to give my eye a rest and this worked great for that. It was soft and comfortable. Its a one size fits all that fit me pretty good but may not for others. Good value for the money

My eye is very sensitive to light post eye surgery. This patch is easy to adjust and totally keeps the light out.

I've tried several eye patches and this one is the best by far. I have to wear it from the time I get up to the time I go to bed, so the details matter to me. I have worn this patch for 7 days and I have already bought a second one in case something happens to the first one. You know, like a terrible spaghetti sauce accident or something.The material is very comfortable and soft. The edges where it contacts your face are wide and soft so they don't dig in to your skin. Other patches I've tried had hard edges and they became very uncomfortable after 3 or 4 hours.The shape does not interfere with my covered eye and my eyelashes don't touch it. The strap is adjustable so you can have the tension you want. The strap is wider than other patches so it doesn't cut into my skin the way some other patches do.It also does a great job of blocking out the light. The extra piece that extends over the bridge of the nose helps a lot. That is where several other eye patches let in a lot of light for me. There are a lot of different face shapes so I imagine there will be some difference for each users.Personally, I am able to wear my glasses over this patch, it's not a perfect fit but it is comfortable enough that I can wear my glasses for many hours. But there are a lot of different styles of glasses and they may fit differently so some people might have trouble wearing glasses over it. You just have to test it for yourself.The only change I would make would be to make the strap longer. It is 2 pieces that connect with velcro so you can adjust the length. I'm an average sized person and I have the strap adjusted so there is only about 1 inch of velcro overlap. It hasn't been any kind of problem. It is strong enough to hold and has never come undone but I know there are people out there who are larger than me and they might not be able to adjust it out far enough.I am so thankful to finally find a patch that is comfortable enough to wear all day!
