This is a lovely unsweetened cocoa. The flavor is rich, has depth, but is also nuanced. Makes great brownies. I will buy it again.

I love this cocoa powder. It has a rich, high quality chocolate flavor. I bought this to make chocolate mousse cake. I recently used it to make some chocolate ice cream and it was incredible. You can vary the amount according to how deep of a chocolate flavor that you want . I am sure this would make a delicious cup of hot cocoa too.

It's chocolatey, as promised, but a warning, if this is your first time using this product: the powder is so very fine, that it tends to puff up in a smoke- like cloud. Just a caution, so that you don't lose a lot of product to the air and countertop when measuring or transferring to another container.

As always this is the best tasting cocoa powder . I have been ordering this for so many years and it never disappoints. Everything tastes so much better with this - hot cocoa, brownies, chocolate cake, etc.

Not bitter or cardboard tasting. Great for drinking or cooking. Not clumped, instead is a silky powder. Love this cocoa - the best ever, in my opinion. I’ve been using it for over 6 years, and it never fails to please.
