Q: I'm traveling with carry-on luggage and want to find out if this is TSA approved?

I would imagine so. It's an empty plastic container.

Q: Will a Mounjaro pen fit in one of these?

I think it might, but you only have to safely discard the needle part. Can it be removed from the injector? When I was on Ozempic, all I had to careful discard was the needle. The virtually empty injector was separate and could be discarded.

Q: will this fit a trulicity syringe?

This is made to store used needles for disposal. It's not large enough to handle the entire syringe - Trulicity, Ozempic, etc.
