We bought 2 of these scooters, they are great! All the claims in the ad are spot on! I am impressed how long a charge lasts!

This scooter is pretty nice. We had an issue with it arriving with a broken piece. We contacted METRO Mobility and they sent us a new one right out. We have not heard anything from the 3rd party sellers. So, I cannot speak on their customer service. But, METRO has been awesome. My Husband and I have taken my scooter to the park and on an evening walk. I love it! However, you can feel all the bumps and cracks in the sidewalk. So, if you have back problems, this may not be the best choice fir you. Also, I am only 5'2" and there's not a lot of leg room. I would not recommend this scooter for tall people. Otherwise, it is a blessing to have.

It is very powerful and useful. The battery seems to last longer than specified.

Products arrived on time and in good condition. Works as advertised.

I received my scooter delivery today. It's charging now, but I cannot wait to take it for a spin. It looks great. I only wish that it was a little bit longer. I sat down on it and realized I don't have a lot of leg room. I am 6'2" tall it's not ideal for taller people. But I am sooooo happy that I finally have a scooter. I will make it work. Thank you.

We received our scooter, very well packed. Very easy to assemble.. unfortunately, it would not start . We contacted Metro support and they jumped right on it. Very helpful and friendly! Could not get it going with the instructions they gave us. Kindly offered to place scooter. Not7 a bad experience. Thanks for all your help.
