Depends.. actual studio monitor subs you run the speakers on the output of the sub.. so yes

Q: Are the stereo input/output 3.5mm? If so, can you input 3.5mm and output on trs?

the stereo input and output are a standard 1/8 inch miniplug. I would stick with that. If you have to go to a device with a 3.5mm in/out, you might investigate adapter cables. The internet seems to think these two plugs are not the same thing, and I'm not really familiar with 3.5mm, since in the US we use standard 1/8 inch cables.

Yes. You can also plug it into a headphone distribution system.

Yes, there are separate left and right channels. The input side is XLR/TRS and the output is TRS.
