Brilliant.
Simple installation, simple setup, works straight from the box (as expected) but with great software bundled. Didn't expect there to be low profile brackets bundled, but there they were in the box! Shame I also ordered brackets, having read a couple of reviews that stated there were none. Had my 2nd monitor set up in minutes to be (pretty much) a dedicated security camera feed.

silence is cheap. Asus quality and design, hp g7 server with slight mods.
Inexpensive nvidia gpu, no fan noise due to heatsink that looks like waves crashing upon a shore. The quality is as expected from Asus and whilst it is limited in its horsepower, i believe there are 12 cuda cores (GTX 780 has around 2304 cores and cost several hundred pounds), this silent card will be sufficient for a media server where the integrated gpu is limited. I have an hp g7 server which cost around 100 pounds and running ubuntu 12.04 desktop, the integrated card was sufficient fir a plex server. But there is only a vga monitor out, this card has hdmi thus video and sound output in one.Word of caution for using in hp g7 media server, this card will not fit without a little modding, ie... Bending a few fins as the x16 slot is at the left and fins contact a metal protrusion. It will fit after a little fiddling... Insert card in mb and then tilt to right after bending the highest ridges of heatsink a few mm back, following the curvature. Finally, no half height bracket, so to fit in g7, one must either buy one or, cut backet by removing the vga cable space using bolt cutters etc. It works but some may choose to just buy a lower profile card. Its easy to mod the asus card but its not as simple as simply inserting a card.Works great for me, and whilst it wont play games that need powerful cores and memory bandwith, for basic computer use, its great.Other models exist now, more powerful versions but to be honest, this is sufficient if low power, silence and general use is important and a more powerful gt card may not be worth it.For gaming thought, right now, the nbidia gtx 970 is great bank for buck, and so is the r9 gtx 280 in sli, ie two cards in crossfire, or even 280x.

A real Bargain
This graphics card is just sweet, it's very cheap and has 1 gig onboard, low profile with 3 outputs. I bought this card because I don't like computers with onboard graphics, I recently bought a new computer which has been upgraded with a SSD and now the graphics card. The 3 outputs means that I have futureproofed my computer, I can now hook it up to a TV set or spare monitor. The best thing about this card is the heatsink, previous cards have had fans attached which have burned out after 4 years. Replacing a fan on a graphics card is too expensive due to the cost of the fan so having a heatsink saves a lot of problems and money. The display is clean and neat, such an improvement from the onboard graphics, there really is a difference. This card is more for gamers on a budget so worth checking the specs with the games you play. I don't need it for games myself but it works very well with my movie editing software.

Average card at an average price
Fine for what it does. Tends to overheat during graphics intensive applications unless significant air throughout is maintained through the case.I guess you get what you pay for.

Does all the basics at a good price.
A good basic graphics card.Silent, low profile, low power requirements, cool and - using the included low profile brackets - fitted into my old Dell Optiplex easily and quickly. Works fine with Win 10 and, being Nvidia, driver availability and software compatibility is no problem.Does all the basics - and plays my steam games (Civ V, Xcom Enemy Unknown, FEAR, Portal ....etc) quite reasonably.

Great little card that does the job perfectly.
Does what it says. Easy to fit, has adapters for full or half height cases. No fans. DVI, HDMI and VGA outputs. HDMI also carry's audio which is a bonus I wasn't expecting.

Bought this to replace a broken graphics card for a Dell XPS 8500 running Windows 7 could not get it to work despite reseating it several times and even preloading the files onto the pc. However, it works okay in my Dell Dimension 9200 running Windows XP though had to download the relevant drivers before being able to install it

The heat sink is huge - simply would not fit. Look at all the photos before deciding if you could make space for this
