How wide are the quick release hooks , on top of the 14cm gap between them, to check if they will fit on the 19cm top tube of my pannier frame

They fit my frame which is 19mm. They just hung a little low and were touching my exhaust so I sent them back. They were well made though. I have royal Enfield Hymalayan panier frame.

As long as there are pannier rails they will fit. Great quality as well.
