The item was easily assembled, with no screw hole alignment issues, and felt sturdy in design. Following a number of weeks usage, I can confirm the item is comfortable with no aches.The ability to gradually rock the chair will no doubt improve core strength/ posture.I'd recommend you measure the height of your desk and the chair (or any other) to ensure you are not sitting too low. Only a problem if you have a desk that is higher than above average.

This chair has been a positive addition to my workspace. Assembly was straightforward and didn't require any complicated steps, which I appreciated. The comfort level is definitely a highlight; after a week of use, I've noticed a definite improvement in my lower back, which is fantastic. I do find that after around 40 minutes of sitting, my legs start to feel a bit tight, prompting me to stand and stretch.The only reason I'm not giving this a full five stars is due to a slight concern about its sturdiness. Occasionally, when I shift my weight horizontally, the chair feels a little wobbly, which makes me question its long-term stability. Overall, it's a good and comfortable chair that has provided noticeable benefits, but the stability could be improved.

Very easy to assemble and looks nice - stylish for an ergonomic chair! Have been using this pretty much all day everyday for work and have never had any issues - comfy and I can sit on it in several different ways (kneeling, cross legged, feet on floor etc). Really happy with this!

Just received my chair. Easy enough to put together and it seems comfortable only time will tell whether it will help my posture/back issues. I got the black version in hindsight the natural wood finish might have looked better, the black finish doesn't stand up to wear and tear it is chipping already although that is cosmetic the chair itself seems robust enough.

The product feels very good quality material - solid plywood and fixings. It is quite easy to assemble with good instructions and labelling. It is nice to have a rocking motion and it is quite comfortable for short periods of time. However, for me, I am 5 foot 10 inches tall, and I cannot sit in it for very long at a time as my feet are touching the floor uncomfortably as the chair is not adjustable for anyone around my height or taller - it is too low, basically so my toes are crushing down into the floor, or I have to move my feet to the side. I also feel I am slipping down the chair after a while. I think it woudl be good for shorter people, and also if you do not have to sit down for long periods of time. It is good for the posture and I do like the ability to rock which is good for the back and core muscles as you can rock it just sort of using your stomach muscles and hips.

I am shorter than average height this product suits me well, so I am happy. However, taller family members tried it and really could not get comfortable. If you are tall look for one with some height adjustment.

I am incredibly disappointed with this chair. The frame feels flimsy and unstable, and the foam is so uncomfortable that it gives me back pain every morning. After just a few nights of use, I can already feel it sagging in places. The materials used are cheap, and it creaks with every movement. Not only did I waste my money, but now I have to go through the hassle of returning it. Definitely not worth the price. Save yourself the trouble and invest in something better.
