Super cute craft
I bought these for a kindergarten classroom party craft and it was a big hit! The kids could do a lot by themselves, with a little help from the adults. The twine unravels a bit easy, so we put a small piece of scotch tape on the ends to ease the threading.

Adorable ornament-making set, but no instructions
I love this set, except for one aspect—there were no instructions. I had to figure out how to assemble these adorable little snowmen on my own. The holes in the beads were not drilled all the way through, either, so that was a bit problematic. Were it not for these issues, I would have rated it with five stars. This kit comes with several yards, each, of gingham ribbon and jute cord, plus beads painted to look like the hat, brim, face, belly and bottom of a snowman. My set had the same number of faces and hat brims, but there was one extra belly and one less plain bottom, so I made one snowman with buttons from his chin to his feet. There were twelve beads, each, left over of the plain red, red buffalo check, plain black and black-and-white buffalo check after I made snowmen with an equal number of each color of hat, so I made a little garland for these. After some trial and error, here is how I figured out the snowmen ornaments should be made.1) In addition to the items in the kit, you’ll need: sharp scissors, a ruler or tape measure, a lighter, a paperclip or hair pin, needle-nosed pliers.2) Cut 13-15 inches of jute and exactly five inches of ribbon for each snow man. Use a lighter (not included) to melt the ends of the ribbon, so it doesn’t fray.3) Lay out the beads in order as follows: small red, black or buffalo check bead for hat, disc with hole for hat brim, white bead with face for head, white bead with three dots for belly, plain white bead for bottom.4) Take a plain paperclip and shape it into a “needle” using a pair of pliers. You may be able to do the same thing with a thin hair pin.5) Double a piece of jute over and slip the “needle” over the center. Loop the ends into a double knot.6) Thread the beads onto the jute in reverse order, starting with the plain white bead for the snowman’s bottom and making your way up.7) When all the beads are on, slip the “needle” off the cord and make another knot above the snowman’s hat.8) Knot a piece of ribbon around the cord between the snowman's head and belly to make a scarf.9) Attach an ornament hook to the loop above the snowman’s hat to hang it, or slip the loop directly over a branch on your tree. This is simple enough for elementary-aged children to do with supervision. An adult will need to pre-make the “needles” for each participant. It would also make a great craft for senior adults in a retirement home. I made a bunch of these up while watching Christmas movies on TV and am giving these as holiday gifts to my coworkers and residents where I work. At under $20 for the set of 200 pieces, this is a great value.

Cute as a button
This product is great. So easy to assemble. You can mix and match the hats and scarfs of so it makes different snowmen. My wife and I did a craft with our daughter’s third grade class using these snowmen and the kiddos made ornaments for their parents. We wrapped them up and put them in little gift bags. The kids loved it.

Perfect for the classroom
My sons class did a social experiment where they had to create items to sell in a store they ran with pretend money. They used these craft items to make ornaments to sell for Christmas. They came out so cute and worked out really well. All the kids had a good time making the ornaments. The cost was well worth it. The quality of the beads was great. We had no defects or problems with any of the beads.

Some assembly required
The 200 Pieces Christmas Wooden Beads comes with two colors: red and black. We had fun mixing and matching the patterns while making ornaments for a crafts fair. They were a big hit. This is a great project for kids and adults. You can use the twine it comes with or yarn to give it an ornament feel. Either way, this was fun and worth the time and effort.

Very cute.
I purchased this kit for $26.00 which I think is a great deal. The quality of the pieces is very good. I was short 1 of the top hat pieces so I made a garland with the remaining extra beads. The twine is a bit fiddly and tends to fray.
