These filter out alot of stuff we don't wish to ingest. After a few weeks they are dark with debris from our city water. We pair these with faucet charcoal filters and we can taste the difference. Not cheap, but better in price than most places.

Inspect upon receipt
Ensure you inspect all of these as soon as you recieve them. If you're like us and do not inspect them until you go to use it you will lose out. We have one we just pulled out to use, change them out once a month, and the end of it is shattered, unusable.Really good filter, does a great job and lasts a month or longer.
