I have to apply an spf first then foundation, will the brush still be ok?

Yes it will be fine. I have used mine to apply my moisturiser and then used it straight away to blend my foundation over the top.

Can this brush be used with liquid foundation?

Yes, I only use it with liquid foundation. Gives an amazing even finish
