Good quality, enjoying making some nice filter coffees.
Good quality coffee filter, easy to clean and works well with a pour over kettle.

Simple, elegant and delicious coffee
I have been slowly making the transition toward drip filtered coffee and this was the final piece of the puzzle. It's an amazing and in-expensive piece of kit that makes around 1 cup of coffee (sometimes two if you know what you're doing) and is super easy to clean and take care of. I suspect my next purchase will be a size 2 if I need more coffee.

Very convenient, fast and makes really nice coffee
Well-made, sturdy and attractive coffee dripper, also includes measuring scoop. The instructions are adorably Japanese, combining technology, art, magic and ceremony. You have to fold the filter in a certain way ('mountain fold', anyone?), and then the instructions explain how you swirl the hot water onto the coffee in stages, and how the cone shape and ridges on the inside of the dripper make better coffee, for science reasons. Tried it for the first time this morning with the Hario filter. I think my coffee grind was too coarse as the water dripped through too quickly, making the coffee under-extracted and therefore bitter. Will persevere with different grinds as other reviewers have suggested. I really want this to work as it is a really nice item. Update to my review: I have been using it with a finer grind of coffee (Illy espresso) and I just use the smallest level of the scoop wtih quite a lot of water (I tend to fill the dripper twice to get a longer, less strong coffee) and it's perfect. Very convenient, fast and makes really nice coffee.

Works as expected.
This is exactly what I wanted (size 1). However there was no measuring spoon as shown in the illustrations.. Admittedly the text did not mention a spoon. Still, a wee bit sneaky.

Perfect for brewing 1 or 2-cups of drip (pour-over) coffee!
Small cone for one or two cups of drip coffee. I bought it for use in England where there are virtually no drip coffee makers. They will make instant or use a French Press. Even though the instant coffees I drank over the month I was in England were far better than the Instant Coffees in the US. I still missed fresh brewed. I'd brought a pound of my favorite coffee (Gevala Traditional Roast) with me but it was too fine of a grind to use for a French Press. French Press needs medium grind and since drip-grind is much smaller I ended up with grinds in my coffee cup. So I bought this small drip cone and all was well with the world once again!

My go to brewer
I bought this v60 as I wanted to see what all the fuss is about. I already have stove top, aeropress, a coffee percolator and an espresso machine, but aside from the aeropress, the others can be fiddly or take longer. I went for the no2 size so I can do 2 cups at a time. This is now my go to coffee brewing device, it makes great coffee consistently, and I can really tell the difference and subtleties of the different beans I try. There is a technique, but there are plenty of videos and guides online to support.

Does the job for a decent price
Cheap and cheerful V60. Hasn't started to discolour yet which is a plus and not as breakable as the ceramic V60!

Classic, Simple, and Consistently Good
The V60 is a classic for a reason. The design is simple, easy to use, and very easy to clean. I also have the single-cup version, and this Size 02 is great when making a bit more at once. The clear plastic version obviously doesn’t have the same heat retention as the glass or ceramic models, but for everyday use it performs exactly as it should. I often use it for cold brew or lighter brews where heat retention isn’t critical, and it works perfectly.

So much better than the clear for one reason
This filter is indestructible. Much better heat retention than ceramic/glass options. Aesthetically, it is nice. It doesn't wear easily but it does stain after a few months on the inside.

5 Sterne!
