do these help with the menapause itches please?

In all honesty nothing really helped enough with all symptoms so I went for bioidentical (natural) HRT which is the best thing I ever did and available on NHS (oestrogel and utrogestin plus a weeny split pea sized dot of testagel). Watch Davina McCall menopause documentary - this type of HRT is extremely safe. You will feel back to yourself in less than a month and not look back.

Can you take these when you are on HRT patches?

Don't know, but don't see why not. I was on patches for 5 years then came off. Symptoms all came flying back so tried these. They're OK but not as good as patches. Still have night sweats even with these.

What does this actually do?

Menopace max is a comprehensive list of vitamins and minerals including several ingredients claiming to help with menopause symptoms (eg red clover, soya etc). I found the tablets helpful but taking the ordinary menopace (not the max) together with femarelle recharge was even better. Of course bioidentical hormones (oestrogel, utragestin and testogel) are the best way to really bring back the old you but menopace and femarelle are definitely worth a try first.
