Not stainless steel nice design however, after the first wash, it showed rust and stains. Very poor quality.

Good quality, heavier then I'm used to
Overall this is a great quality set! The shape of the spoons make them really good for soup in my opinion because they are more rounded. I love the little forks. They work great for kids because they are so slim. My husband make the comment that he loved the heaviness of the set. I told him that was the only thing that I didn't love about it. I think it's just a personal preference, but I will say I think this is the heaviest set I've ever used. They are very sturdy, durable, and easy to clean.
