This does what it says, very versatile

To be fair, this is quite a good product.It works fine and does the job that I purchased it for well.My main issue is that the spring action is not too smooth and it does feel like if Im not careful, I might break it.The spring is really strong, so Im confident that it can hold my green screen in place well.I use this clip regularly and am very glad I bought it to be fair.I didn't give it 5 stars as sometimes the clip is a little tricky/sticky to pull apart and fit the green screen in. Had this had a smoother action, then I would have no complaints.

This was a suggested Amazon "purchased together" item, and I bought it to hang a green screen from a tripod.It does work but the green screen is currently not hung completely vertically; there's maybe a 5 degree angle and even this slight angle is enough to make it too delicate and the clip releases at just the slightest brush of the screen. So, design; pretty good. Affordability; pretty good. Strength of clip; a little too weak.

I’ve tried a few different studio clamps and reflector holders, from large 5 inch wide clamps to magic arms and extendable reflector boom arms. This simple piece of sturdy kit doesn’t take up much space in the studio, sits on the top of one of my light stands permanently and keeps a secure hold of the reflector.I use it to hold up my 2m high white and black backdrop pop up, which fits perfect.

Strong and sturdy for what I needed to hang the green screen on

quality V cost this is a good buy, but don't expect it to last a long time. For the money, I am happy for the limited amount of times i will use it. If you are heavy user of pop up backdrops etc maybe look at a more expensive option

Not a great purchase, very expensive for what it is, and it doesn’t allow rotation of the head to match the screen that it is gripping. If your screen’s edge is perpendicular to the floor, then this would work, but if not (mine has a curved edge) then this isn’t for you
