The materials feel really nice, and it works well enough
The materials feel really nice, and it works well enough, although gets really hot when the HDMI is plugged in.The biggest problem is that I can't use the HDMI port and the SD reader at the same time, it just doesn't work unless I take the HDMI cable out first, but then works fine for extracting photos. Would be a higher rating if I didn't have to do this.--------EDIT: My first hub didn't work properly, the HDMI and SD card reader could not work together, but DoLida quickly e-mailed me and gave me a replacement, which works perfectly. Excellent service, the materials the hub is made from feels the same quality as my MacBook Pro and it works great.So glad I bought this, rather than wasting money on the more expensive hubs that are blatantly cashing in on the necessity of the latest MacBook Pro only having USB-C ports.

I wasnt expecting it.. but its actually really well made and works perfect.
Im guessing compatibility etc will depend on what device you connect it to, but in my case on 2 devices its perfect!So I wanted this for the SD card and HDMI so I can use it on my phone transforming it into a mobile console while working away. I just plug this in to the phone and other end to hotel TV etc and it works fine. Add to that I can use the SD card as a HDD to hold my games and its perfect.Phone has BT obvously built in so now instead of watching dodgy hotel TV, I can play my old games with a control pad and use it to connect to netflix, plex etc all in one device.Well made, no hassle and worked for me right out the box.

Working with Mac, PC, and Android phone!
The media could not be loaded. I LOVE the design of this! It feels great to grip it :D You can tell it has premium qualities and it works perfectly! All I needed was HDMI, and extra USB slots and card ready are more than enough for me and it's awesome that the USB slots are USB 3.0 which works great on fast transfer speeds. Many of the other hubs I was searching on Amazon had USB 2.0 slots. In short, this was one of the best products I've ever bought on Amazon!

Lovely adapter, works wonders with my MacBook Air
Despite my initial doubts, this little adapter has been a live safer to connect phones, USB, SD cards etc to my MacBook Air. It works very well, I only took one star off for durability, because one of the USB slots is a little bit off, but great value for money, and even pretty stylish. Would happily recommend!

Works with oculus rift
I brought this because the new rtx series cards come with only 1 hdmi port and for some reason my rift hmd keeps showing as usb 2.0, I believe this is due me adding an extra 3m extension to hmd...I wanted to try the rtx usb c vr link so I brought this hub and although it says nothing about 90hz refresh rate I've not had any problems so far and and my hmd is showing as 3.0 again, I think this is because the usb c provides far more power establishing a more powerful link over longer distances..

Very useful bit of kit
The main disadvantage of the refurbished 2017 Macbook pro we bought was that it did not have USB ports or a card reader. This great bit of kit solves that problem with two USB ports, a HDMI port and a card reader. It's lightweight but sturdy and makes using the Mac so much easier. Only used for a few weeks so can't comment on long term durability but very pleased so far.

Good initially, but SD port failed within 2 years
Smart looking, solid feeling adapter. However mine has a fault, and I assume the chance or getting a replacement are now slim to none. Bought this in May 2018 and by early 2020 the SD port failed and the micro SD port was playing up. The others seem ok though. This could be a nightmare if someone is relying on this to offload images whilst travelling etc.

Kurz gesagt: Genau sowas habe ich gesucht, ich bin mega begeistert!Ich habe mich durch viele Amazonbewertungen durchgekämpft und bin dann auf diesen Hub gestoßen.Heute bekommen, direkt in Betrieb genommen und ich bin durchwegs begeistert.Die Qualität überzeugt und das Gerät macht einen sehr wertigen Eindruck!Ich habe seit Stunden sämtliche Steckplätze belegt und in Betrieb, der Hub wird dabei lauwarm und hält was er verspricht.HDMI hat mein meinem Monitor prima funktioniert und auch das Laden meines Notebooks mit durchgeschleiftem Netzteil über den HUB funktioniert prima und ohne Abstriche!Ich schreibe sehr selten Bewertungen, aber hier bin ich so begeistert und froh endlich die passende Erweiterung für mein Notebook gefunden zu haben. Deswegen gibts volle 5 Sterne!

Hochwertiger Hub für Geräte mit USB-C Anschluss
Habe einen Adapter/Hub gesucht, um weitere Geräte an mein Samsung Galaxy S8 anzuschließen und bin bei diesem Produkt fündig geworden.Die Verarbeitung ist super, das gebürstete Aluminium des Hubs und die Ummantelung des USB-C-Stecker wirken sehr hochwertig und das Produkt fühlt sich auch sehr edel an.Die mögliche Anschlüsse lassen auch keine Wünsche übrig - mit der Kombination aus SD-/TF-Karten, HDMI und USB sollte man alle möglichen Geräte und Karten erreichen können.Der Preis ist auch gut, weswegen ich dieses Produkt nur jedem ans Herz legen kann, der einen hochwertigen Hub für Geräte mit einem USB-C-Anschluss sucht!

Schnelle Lieferung, Ware in Ordnung und sehr hilfsbereiter Verkäufer. Mehr als einem Jahr nach meiner Bestellung hatte ich die Rechnung gebraucht, gleich am nächsten Tag habe ich die Rechnungskopie und die freundliche Antwort vom Verkäufer erhalten.
