beyerdynamic EDT 770 V - Earpads for DT 770 in Silver

If you have had your headphones for a while it's easy to forget how nice crisp and clean they used to be. Really pleased with the quality of this product after replacing my ear pads. They are expensive but in my case I think it's worth it. Had not realised how collapsed my old pair had become, the new ones were easy to install (on my DT 770 Pro) and there is now once again space for my ears and the sound to develop. Restored the sound quality and they feel like new. I have been using them for 8 hours a day for way too long!

Far better than playing the lottery involved with trying cheaper alternatives, these have taken my headphones back to an as-new condition. Relatively easy to fit, as comfy as they should be with the SQ unaffected, they're worth paying the higher price for the genuine item in my view.

Very good product though slightly expensive, they are genuine beyerdynamic ear pads. Took me about 3 minutes to fit these onto my headphones using only a knife to unclip the plastic ring holding down the cup padding. I didn't realise how flat and dirty my old ones were until these arrived. I have also found my sound quality has been restored back to how they were when I originally purchased them.

As good as the originals i've bought 8 years ago. My beyerdynamic DT770 PRO are like new with this ones. Amazing build quality of the cans, only the earpads were showing a lot of aging. With this new ones i've restored my equipment to new.Instalation is easy, just remember to follow the instructions on youtube and use a hairdryer on low setting to slightly loosen the fittings - easy install.

Ah now, headphones as you know get a little grungy. I thought these deserved a new set of pads. Lovely, transformed the whole feel of them, sling on a new padded top.These are like brand new headphones.

Maybe I'm just more ham-fisted and awkward than the other reviewers here, but I found these frustratingly fiddly to fit and, I must admit, I almost gave up. I'm sure a child, or simply someone with a little more dexterity (and patience!) than I seem to possess, would have had them on in a couple of minutes, but it took me a while - with much cursing and swearing - to get there.Once on, they're excellent. When I put the headphones (DT 770s) on after finally getting the new pads fitted, I realised the original pads had collapsed more than I'd thought - it felt like putting on a brand new pair. Similarly, because it had happened gradually, I hadn't realised how badly the collapsed and clogged pads had affected the sound quality, as I noticed a considerable improvement immediately. It seems the new pads have restored the headphones to their original performance, therefore were well worth buying, and recommending. But if you're like me - knocking on a bit, fingers like sausages, and short-tempered - ask someone else to fit them for you!

So yesterday my earpads broke and i bought these. I thought 20 pound thats better than buying the headset all over again.I watched a video on youtube of how to replace it and read the comments. Quick tip. Use a hair dryer to soften the edges of the pad ( the part that goes around to keep it in place) And then fold it up onto the actual ear pads themself. This makes it easier to attach it as you just need to fold it over instead of trying to hook it all the way around.Not sure if that was clear or not. Just either way. Super comfy and great value. Easy to replace also

So after far too long of having poor fit because of old pads I got these ones and the fit perfectly and my headphones feel brand new
