Wanted to buy a selection of musical instruments for our nursery but need to know if they are in line of British safety regulations ?

I have this triangle and is great but yellow bit at top can come off and could be put in a little mouth so not great for tiny kids... Saying that,I got it and made sure iwas the one holding it to stop any danger x have no idea if is in line with safety regs.
