So beautiful to write on
This Rhodiarama Sapphire Blue notebook is a joy to write on. It uses Clairefontaine 90gsm paper which is soft, but holds ink well without seeping through to the next page. I bought two because they were on offer, but though I prefer plain paper, the lines in these are not too dark.An absolute joy to write on. If Rhodiarama hold their prices for these A5 notebooks then I will most definitely buy more. Totally a five star notebook, and also ~ at the back is a lovely contrasting yellow envelope holder which makes the A5 notebook all the more appealing to own.

Do we really need to review rhodia, knowing it’s leading on the market?
Very happy with the design, I love the thickness of the page they don’t show through when I’m writing with colourful markers it’s easy to write with a ball point pen end it’s nice to touch on the covers.Great value for money I would purchase again!

A lovely book to write in
I have two of these: one lined and one dotted. I use the dotted one as a bullet journal and so write in it every day. I love how tactile the book is - the cover feels lovely and the paper is so smooth. I use both Lamy rollerball and TomBow pens and I have no issue with seepage. They are pricey, especially the dotted on, but they are fab books. Even though I think they're overpriced, I'll still buy them because it's always a nice writing experience.

good, could be even better
Excellent 90g/m2 Clairefontaine paper, attractive appearance and well made. I use Leuchtturms but always interested in trying other products. For me, the main issue was the lack of open flatness - the notebook just doesn't open out nice and flat easily which in the first pages is very inconvenient. I always find the Leuchtturms open flat very well because they are constructed better - the spine of the cover is not attached to the pages which makes it open flat. The Leuchtturms have quite a few nice features which give them the edge. However, at less than £9 the Rhodia is great value.

Great for fountain pens
This notebook has silky smooth paper which is great for fountain pens and the pages lie flat. The outside cover also seems very durable.

Fantastic quality notebook
Fantastic A5 notebook very similar in design and quality to more expensive notebooks. I got this at an amazing price! For some reason the blue was less than half the price of the other colours. It has a lovely contrasting orange elastic band closure and page marker. The paper is good quality and my pen hasn't gone through to the other side of the page. I'd definitely buy more - especially if I can get another one at a reduced price, although for the quality I'd probably pay the full price as they're quite special

I may have found my last journal type! The book works well with my Uni-Ball Vision Elite pens. They leave a bit of ghosting, but absolutely NO bleeding. If you are using a particularly inky pen, you might want to let it dry a moment before moving to another page. I haven't had much difficulty with this - usually everything is dry by the time I'm ready to turn the page. The cover is soft, yet durable. This is a book that can take some wear and tear and still hold up.Great for bullet journaling, or any other journaling/listmaking.The elastic band does leave a bit of a mark on the cover, however, the cover is neat in that it takes on the shape of the wear on the book, without compromising its functionality.

Perfect for bullet journaling!
I love this notebook. It’s the perfect size and the paper is thick enough to prevent bleed through but not super bulky! I keep buying them!
