It is quite strong. I happen to like it but it's possibly not for everyone.

I've got a good sense of smell and don't think this smells very strong. I bought it to help me sleep but it doesn't help at all. Not that impressed.

how many uses does one bottle have? thanks

Depending on how many sprays you use, it lasts for at least a month (you don't use a lot each evening, 2/3 sprays at most)
