Started taking these a few days ago along with probiotics. I struggle with ibs and a lot of bloating. I eat a high protein/carbs diet due to weight training and I believe that was contributing to my bloating. Since taking these my stomach has gone down massively and no painful bloating. I’ve found them easy to swallow and have mine after meals per instructions. I’ve only given it 4* purely because one of the side effects is excess wind 💨 its not very pleasant if you’re out and about but I presume it’s breaking down all the food that my body wouldn’t have normally broken down I have read though it is short lived until my body gets used to them . But overall very good

Since having kids I have developed a number of intolerances and digestive issues, one of which is painful indigestion if I eat eggs for breakfast. This seemed to develop to bacon and sausages as well and despite trying all sorts of things (veggie, meat, low fat, gluten free, grilled etc etc) I couldn’t avoid the pain. Then somebody suggested it could be protein I was struggling to digest first thing. I bought these and haven’t looked back! One of these with my poached egg and avocado on toast and no pain! Brilliant 😊

I have had really poor slow digestion for over 6 months so am trying everything I can to improve it (correcting vitamin & mineral imbalances, taking probiotics, reducing stress). I heard that digestive enzymes could help, but sadly these did nothing for me.I'm glad they had no ill effects (despite being large, quite chalky and difficult to swallow whole, even with a drink).

No security seal. Did anyone use it already? Is this genuine product or a swap? I don't know.

On a bulking cycle of over 5000kcals a day & these allowed me to keep ploughing my food in with ease. Ensured everything was made best use of & are working a treat.

After trying these with good (amazing) results, they’re now a staple until my issues resolve. Great product but tablets are a little large for me and I must take them WITH food not AFTER food as per the instructions
