Great item poorly packaged, ordered twice first time arrived in perfect condition had additional paper in box, ordered a second now I knew it would do the job and it arrived cracked and broken, no additional paper packaging in the box.

The product is great--exactly what we wanted. Shipping speed was reasonable and the packaging was suitable for the delicate nature of the product. My only caution to future buyers is that this product is shipped internationally. So, expect handling fees upon delivery in addition to your original purchase price. I had ours shipped to Canada and I paid an additional $17 in handling fees to take possession of my package.
