4head QuickStrip

I suffer from cluster headaches and migraines. I gobble pills like smarties and have tried everything to reduce my headaches and reduce my pill taking. I have used the 4head stick and its OK, especially if you can catch the headache early, but doesn't help at all if I'm having a really nasty migraine. If you are suffering from the type of headache that means you have to lie down, and even when you do you still feel nauseous. slap one of these on and in minutes they ease the throbbing, and make you much more comfortable. Even if they don't work to completely get rid of the headache on their own, (which to be honest is most of the time with me) in cases where I have taken tablets and worn these quickstrips as well, I have definitely got rid of the migraine quicker and been able to cope better with the pain. they are really easy to put on, they can be positioned with some ease and stick well without actually being sticky or leaving any residue behind - on the head or fingers. I will also say that the packaging isn't fiddly (which is the last frustration you need when your heads splitting). and don't make your eyes water - unlike other camphor/menthol products

Unfortunately not as good as another brand I've used previously. Strange smell of deep heat and they aren't as instantly cooling as I'd hoped. They are easy to use and work ok, although I found they slipped down my head a bit - fine for the money but wouldn't rush to buy again.

I used to use the other popular brand of head patches until I couldn't find them once and had to use 4head quickstrip, haven't gone back since as these patches stick for much longer and feel more secure on my forehead. I can move around without fear of these strips falling off, I've even fallen asleep for hours and woken up with them still attached, they peel off painlessly once you're finished with them. You feel an immediate cooling relief as you put one on exactly as advertised. They don't leave any residue on your skin. Very reasonably priced so I buy a few boxes at a time. They do have almost like a medicinal mint smell, you are aware of it when you're using them but it isn't overpowering. If you have a high sensitivity to smell it may be an issue for you.

Not at all like the head stick, it has a strong smell of rosemary and lavender which I found made my migraines worse. The smell lingers and the strips don’t cool at all like the headache stick does or like any other strips I’ve tried.

Worked for a mild attack, failed for a moderate attack.

I didn’t expect these to work but wow did they ever! My migraine meds take 2 hours to kick in and during those 2 hours, it’s hell...and sometimes even panic attacks (which I never experienced before). These strips made it possible to function during those 2 hours while I wait for my meds. I couldn’t be any happier. Thank you!
