I put this radiator in my 2004 Tahoe last year and it was the perfect fit and the best price I was able to find. It is working just as it should and keeps the engine temp right where it should be. As for the quality, all I can say is the it works, it don't leak, and keeps my Tahoe cool.

I am absolutely furious. This radiator leaked from day 1, slowly progressing over time. It Finally quit today after only about 3,000 miles. Not even 2 years installed. I pulled it apart. Found the issue. The lefthand side Cap that contains the oil cooler, manufacture installed an oring the was 1/2 " too long causing it to bunch up and fail. I verified this by pulling off the right hand side, that oring was correct. So it twisted and failed.

The media could not be loaded. Update:The manufacturer refused to honor the warranty. They asked me to take it to a local shop to see if it could be repaired at my cost. They offered a 25% refund. I told them that was unacceptable and they said that was all they had to offer me. Nothing was mentioned by them when I brought up the 1 year warranty. Amazon stepped up and is giving me a full refund and free return shipping with pickup at my home.This product has given me issues from the start. We could not pinpoint the leak but now we have found it. This is clearly a manufacturer defect and getting Amazon to put me in contact with the manufacturer to honor the one year warranty makes my want to scream into a void in the hopes that my request would actually reach them because Amazon has been zero help with it.
