So light and so sturdy - with our plethora of high cupboards around the house, it has been effortless to carry up and down two flights of stairs. It has been indispensable since we bought it.

Lite weight, good quality, and a sturdy ladder. I am using this for quite a while now and loved it. After collapsing, it still does takes a good amount of storage space, but overall I am really happy with my purchase.

Good light weight set of step ladders, seem sturdy. Like most items rivets are used instead of nuts and bolts but never had a problem yet but finishing/fixing of rivets to most products doesn't all ways look very secure.

A good, strong, sturdy set of steps. Bought to replace an old set which had seen better days. These are far better quality than the pair that they replaced which I think came from Wilko's. Very happy customer. Arrived early, well packaged and good price.

Stable and light ladder. Not enough space to secure my knee under the top bar (49cm) Update: after my negative review Songmics contacted me and refunded me 20% as compensation. Need to point out their outstanding customer service, I definitely recommend this brand even though I have a problem with the item.

Does what it should a nice sturdy foldable ladder. Got it for decorating I couldn't reach the spots nearer to the ceiling and this ladder was cheaper than the ones in Wickes or B&Q so ordered this in the early evening and it arrived the following morning so that I could sort all my decorating out.

The ladder arrived sealed, but after we removed the plastic packaging, it became clear that the product was not new at all. There were scratches/scars everywhere, and what appeared to be rust on the rods. We also found a small dent at the top of the handrail. We suspect this is a returned product that has been re-packaged, as the legs were also not clean. See photos attached. The worst part was that the ladder was also wobbly (uneven legs), which made it unsafe to use. We were initially attracted by the good reviews, and regret to find our shopping experience to be the complete opposite of others. We have requested for a full refund, and would not recommend this product/seller. UPDATE: I was contacted by customer service soon after submitting this review. They offered a full refund and for us to keep the ladder, we decided to return the ladder for reasons mentioned above. So they went on to offer us a 20% discount code for other Songmics products. Even though I wasn't happy with this particular product, I'd say their customer service definitely tried hard to remediate the situation/experience.

Die Leiter selbst ist nochmals in Kunststofffolie eingeschweist. Nach dem Auspacken ist sie sofort einsatzbereit. Seitlich wird mittels eines Aufkleber auf Sicherheitshinweise aufmerksam gemacht; eine Beschreibung/Erläuterung auf Papier gibt es nicht mehr zusätzlich. = MAßE = Die vom Verkäufer angegebenen Maße stimmen. Sie ist dadurch sehr leicht zu transportieren, sowohl im aus- als auch im eingeklappten Zustand. * geringer Platzbedarf: Sie passt auch in kleine Haushalte und nimmt in der Breite nur extrem wenig Platz mit. Sie ist damit super auch für Nischen geeignet. * einfaches Aufstellen: Die Leiter ist innerhalb von 3 Sekunden einsatzbereit: Für das Aufstellen muss die Leiter quasi nur auseinandergezogen werden und sicherheitshalber nochmals die Plattform in die dazugehörige Arretierung gedrückt werden, fertig. * Stabilität/gute Verarbeitung: Die Leiter steht absolut stabil und wackelfrei. Der Öffnungswinkel ist groß genug. An den Füßen besitzt sie geriffelte Gummieinschübe, was sie zudem rutschsicher und für alle Bodenarten geeignet macht. Die Stufen sind zusätzlich mit Rillen ausgestattet, so dass man auch hier einen gewissen "Grip" hat. Man bekommt zu keinem Zeitpunkt ein unsicheres Gefühl. Die Verarbeitung ist zudem gut, nur an einer Stelle - dort, wo die Plattform einhakt - gibt es kleine Mängel, die allerdings lediglich optischer Natur sind. * ausreichende Größe: Ich hatte bisher nur eine kleinere Leiter, die aber manchmal nicht ausreichte, um z.B. Lampen anzubringen. Mit dieser Leiter erreiche ich eine gute Höhe, auch zum Arbeiten an schwierigen Stellen. = FAZIT = Man bekommt eine stabile und standfeste Leiter, deren Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut stimmt. Durch das Material ist sie zudem rostfrei und leicht. Leggerissima, robusta, MOLTO stabile, coi piedini antiscivolo, bella a vedersi, e venduta ad un costo competitivo. Cosa si può voler di più? Acquistata per essere tenuta nel box, ho preferito questo tipo di scala con la maniglia di tenuta alta piuttosto che i modelli senza. La miglior stabilità che ne deriva quando si opera sul gradino più alto è un dettaglio di non poco conto. Poter appoggiare le gambe alla maniglia quando si è in piedi in quel punto è molto più sicuro che avere di fronte a se il vuoto.

Si vous cherchez un escabeau stable, léger et pas cher, alors vous avez le produit parfait. Pas de bruit à l'ouverture, qui se fait sans forcer. tout est bien huilé. il est suffisant pour atteindre les 2,5 mètres de mon plafond. un outil parfait pour l'entretien quotidien et le grand nettoyage annuel. Je recommande ce produit.

Die Leiter ist sehr stabil und meiner Ansicht nach auch recht preiswert (ich hatte so um die 45€ bezahlt). Sie hat uns nun schon ein halbes Jahr sehr gute Dienste beim Streichen, Bohren und Fenster putzen geleistet. Abnutzungen sind kaum zu erkennen, sodass ich denke, dass wir auch weiterhin noch lange Freude an der Leiter haben werden.
