Something new for me
I had a recipe that called for potato starch. I didn't even realize this was a 'thing'. I have always used corn starch. Well I found it on Amazon, place my order and now I use potato in lieu of corn starch. Great stuff.

Tastes better than Bob’s Red Mill
BRM potato starch has a noticeable (and hard to cover up) bitter potato-skin flavor note, while Onuva is much more neutral. I am buying the Onuva from now on. I only wish it came in larger bags!

A great substitute for corn starch
This arrived just the day before we made a beef stew, and we had ran out of corn starch… so that was good timing. Needless to say, it thickened the stew nearly identically to cornstarch, and we’re excited to have an alternative to prepare certain dishes for a friend who cannot eat corn. We’re always on the lookout for new options, and this has definitely been added to our list.

Great substitute for corn starch!
Great substitute to have on hand for corn starch. When my mom is up visiting she can’t eat corn, cornstarch ect so I was looking for something that would work the same in recipes when corn starch is called for so far this has worked well for our family and I didn’t notice any flavor differences in the dishes I have tried it in so far.

Received wrong product
I had ordered the potato starch before and like the product and so ordered it again. Instead of the potato starch I receive potato flakes and now Amazon tells me I can't return or replace it? Really?
