This is great stuff, even my neighbour thinks it great. Helps relieve aches.Down side is it’s a little expensive for the size of the bottle.

The media could not be loaded. This is really good product. It helped me carry on a few running races. It works well and had a nice cooling effect which provides a relief. It's very easy to apply, you can even spray it upside down, which helps if you are applying it to the back of your leg for example. Great value for money, and I actually like the smell.

Works amazingly for when my neck is in pain, feels just like an ice pack. Only complaint is the smell… while it’s not quite on par with deep heat it isn’t far off and they are similar in odor. Wish it was just odourless or something, don’t see the need for fragrances or whatever they add in there. If it doesn’t have any and that’s just the menthol then will happily take back my words as in that case my request would be unfulfillable, just don’t like being able to smell it the entire time it’s on.As for how long it lasts, more or less 2 hours for me. Another thing amazing about the spray is that it doesn’t need rubbing in or anything which saves time washing hands and reduces risk of contamination and yes - spreading the smell further lol

Best out there. Tried a generic one because it was vastly cheaper,was a waste of money. Will stick with this oneGreat for my back and hip pain

My chiropractor introduced me to Bio Freeze a few years ago for painful muscles and joints, and it does a safe but wonderful job of getting rid of the pain very fast and sometimes permanently. I have tried the roll on, the gel in a tube and the spray, and the spray, in my opinion, is the best as you can target the area directly and don’t waste the product as it pops out of the tube onto your carpet or leaks out of the roller. It works with natural hers and a freeze system which seems to penetrate the painful area very quickly. For really stubborn pain you may need to use it more often to get a deep relief but I’ve given it to athletes friends etc and it always does the job. Highly recommended
